This is one of my original mixes from early 2007 when i decided i wanted to create more stylized soundscapes that induce a diverse range of moods instead of a singular narrative of constant beats. Instead i felt the need to tell a story using the emotive qualities of various down-tempo and chillout lounge tracks as the medium used to paint the picture. More of an inner projection of my own psyche at the time of creation, this mix is the personification of the main influences having affected me during the forgotten year of 2007.
